RigLink 432
Privacy notice
Updated October 7, 2026
RigLink 432 connects rig hands with runners and service companies around the Permian Basin. This page says what RigLink keeps about you, who sees it, and how to get it removed.
What RigLink keeps
- Your name and mobile number.
- Hands: the company room you asked to join and the rig you are on.
- Runners and service companies: your business name, the work you do, your area, whether you have a vehicle, and the pay handle you gave (like a Cash App or Zelle name) so a hand knows where to send money.
- Runs: what was asked for, the meet spot, when each step happened, and the amounts the runner typed in.
- Receipt photos a runner uploads.
- Messages, photos and video posted in a crew room. RigLink takes the location tag out of videos before saving them.
- Location pins someone shares in a crew room. After 90 days the map spot is removed and only the message stays.
- The day you last opened the app.
- Sign-in records, for security: when you signed in, the IP address, the kind of phone or browser, and the name you signed in with.
- Whether you said OK to texts, and whether you said STOP.
- What you typed into the request and network forms on this site.
Who sees what
- Sal, the owner, sees everything so he can verify people and keep the network safe.
- Hands see their own company room: its messages and its runs.
- Approved runners who do that kind of run see each open run: what is needed, the company, the rig, the meet spot, and the hand's name and picture. Once a runner takes it, they also get a way to call or text the hand.
- A hand sees the name, picture, phone number and pay handle of the runner on their own run.
- Runners never see the owner's totals or other runners' numbers.
- RigLink does not sell your information or share it with advertisers. No ads, no outside trackers. The app runs on Cloudflare, the company that hosts the site.
Money
- RigLink never holds, moves or confirms money. The hand pays the runner directly, however the two of them agree.
- Dollar amounts in the app are what the runner typed in. A paid mark is that person's own word.
- A problem with a payment or a run is between the hand and the runner. Sal can help you reach each other, but he does not take sides or make refunds.
Runners are independent
- Runners and service companies are independent contractors, not RigLink employees. Nobody is assigned work: a runner picks the runs they want. There are no ratings.
Texts and notifications
- Push notifications come only if you turned them on. Turn them off any time in your phone's settings.
- Texts come only from Sal's own phone, and only if you said OK. Reply STOP and he marks it.
Getting removed
- Text or call Sal at the number he called you from, or fill in the network form on riglink432.com and write "remove me" in the notes.
- Sal takes you off the app and can delete your sign-up details. Runs you were already part of stay in the record, because the other person on that run has them too. The sign-in records stay in the security log. Backup copies age out within 14 days.
